Rather than a formal plated meal, this style features a designed spread of warm and chilled dishes guided by seasonality, Chef Paul’s experience, and the overall vibe of your event. The Food Truck Experience
Minimums & Event Requirements
To ensure quality, preparation, and service standards, private party catering is offered with a minimum food and service spend, based on the catering style selected.
All catering is provided on-site in accordance with our permits. We do not offer drop-off catering. Minimums and details vary depending on menu format, guest count, and event needs.
